We are hiring a hybrid Member Recruitment Coordinator for a healthcare client of ours! This position allows a flexible hybrid schedule and requires (mainly, in-state_ travel. Requirements: + Bilingual in Spanish and English - a must! + A charismatic communicator who's comfortable engaging one-on-one or with large crowds. + Energetic, enthusiastic, and mission-driven- you light up a room! + Physically able to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods. + A background in Public Health or a related field is a bonus. + Experience in community outreach or volunteer coordination. + A valid license (required if hired full-time). Work Environment: + 75% of events during business hours- candidate has to have some flexibility for some evening/weekend events (e.g., frat training at 7 PM). + Average 3.5 events/week, increasing in October due to school. + Administrative focus increases in November. + 60-70% on college campuses. + 30-40% remote administrative work. + 90% of travel is in-state, with potential trips to New Mexico and Idaho. Key Responsibilities: + Execute presentations and events on college campuses local to Phoenix AZ. This person will be the face of the company typically on college campuses 80%-85% of the time at one of the tables and adding individuals to the registry. + Register 445 individuals/month to the registry. + Maintain projection accuracy between 90%-110%. + Recruit, train, and manage volunteers. + Lead volunteers during events and ensure proactive public engagement. + Set up materials and tents in outdoor conditions. + Transport materials between storage and event locations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
