• Position Title: Director of Sales and Marketing
• Location: Georgetown, TX
• Experience: Senior Living experience required
• Compensation: $100,000 per year + lucrative commissions, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare.
• 2+ years experience in senior living sales.
• Prior experience as a marketing manager, marketing director, sales director, or equivalent in assisted living, senior living, or memory care is preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent skills in communication, organization, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out prospective residents and families for assisted living services.
• Coordinate referral process for patients starting skilled nursing services.
• Provide the highest level of customer service including building the prospect CRM database, responding to inquiries, generating tours, and performing purposeful follow up.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.
