Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize events from conception to execution
  • Collaborate with clients to determine event expectations and requirements
  • Budget management, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual needs
  • Develop event marketing materials and promote events through various channels
  • Oversee setup and breakdown at events, ensuring all details are addressed
