**Job Description** We are seeking a FHIR Clinical Terminology Specialist to join our growing interoperability team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions involving HL7 FHIR, clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10), and mapping healthcare data for integration across various systems. This role will be responsible for driving the client through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with clients, providing account management and clinical subject matter expertise focusing on client success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Through the use of Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, and is accountable for achieving the project's targeted outcomes. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Work with stakeholders to understand clinical data requirements and workflows. + Develop FHIR profiles, resources, value sets, and implementation guides. + Create and maintain mappings between source systems and standard vocabularies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC, RxNorm, ICD-10). + Collaborate with developers and informaticists to integrate clinical terminologies into products and services. + Provide subject matter expertise on the use of terminologies, coding systems, and FHIR standards. + Conduct quality assurance and validation of terminology mappings and data transformations. + Support regulatory, compliance, and interoperability initiatives. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Lab Science. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
