HVAC Installer

A highly reputable, Boulder-based residential HVAC contractor is hiring Lead and experienced Apprentice HVAC Installers to join our team that has been expertly serving the Boulder-Denver area for over 45 years. Responsibilities

• Installation and replacement in existing homes of products such as furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related accessories.
• Enhance the customer experience through clear, honest communication and service recommendations focused on their needs.
• Boiler and water heater experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum residential installation experience
• Apprentice applicants must have relevant trades experience
• Boiler and water heater experience a plus
• Valid Colo. driver's license
• Knowledge of current building code & proper install procedures
• Strong customer service skills & professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of integrity
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to pass background check

Additional skills/certifications desired:

• EPA certification
