Position Details: Live-In or Live Out

Live-In Details: Has own bedrooms and own dining area 

Location: Purchase, NY

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM (with an hour break)

Compensation: $90,000 -$95000 per year

Additional Benefit: Medical stipend, 3 weeks paid vacation,
Medical stipend and bonus 

Start Date: ASAP

Main Work Duties: 

• Perform general handyman duties, including minor household repairs, furniture assembly, and basic maintenance.
• Support heavier household tasks such as moving furniture or seasonal setup/breakdown.
• Handle deep cleaning projects as needed (windows, patios, terraces, outdoor furniture).
• Maintain household organization, keeping storage areas and supplies orderly and stocked.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for family meals, events, and gatherings.
• Plan and prepare daily meals according to family preferences, dietary needs, and schedules.
• Run errands as needed (grocery shopping, hardware store, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance beyond basic household fixes.
• Manage household systems such as lighting, HVAC, and security, ensuring they function properly.
• Uphold discretion, professionalism, and flexibility in supporting the household’s daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years experience has a houseman/cook.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions precisely.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
