Part-Time Teacher/Tutor

The Opportunity:

• Work with students in a 1: 1 or 4:1 setting.
• There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certification preferred.
• Must be committed to the success of student.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and caring demeanor with students and other team members.
• All experience levels are welcome to apply - recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals.
• Prefer to have knowledge in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Calculus, and Trigonometry.

Job Type: Part-time.

Expected hours: 2 - 10 hours per week.

Schedule: Flexible Monday to Friday and weekends as needed.

• 4-hour shift.
• After school.
• Evening shift.
• Monday to Thursday.
• Saturday as needed.

Experience:

• Tutoring: 1 year (Preferred).
• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred).

Work Location: In person at Mt. Juliet site.
