About the Role
As a Remote Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking debt relief solutions. Using a dialer, you’ll engage warm leads who have already expressed interest in our services, qualify their eligibility, and connect qualified prospects with our enrollment team.

This role requires at least 6 months of prior call center or outbound sales experience. We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at building trust quickly, and disciplined enough to thrive in a remote sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients through our dialer system
• Follow proven scripts while adapting conversations to build rapport
• Pre-qualify prospects based on program requirements before transferring to enrollment
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity on every call
• Accurately capture and update client information in CRM in real time
• Consistently hit call volume, conversion, and quality metrics

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of call center or outbound sales experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Self-disciplined and accountable in a remote work environment
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset required
• Comfortable with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
• Results-driven, resilient, and motivated to maximize earnings

Location: Remote, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $15/hr base + uncapped commission (average $18–21/hr with commission)
